Healthcare

Reflecting Christ’s healing love and bringing comfort to the sick and suffering.

The Health Care ministry of the Daughters of Divine Mercy Missionaries responds directly to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the sick and suffering. Illness and bodily hardship often bring not only physical pain but also emotional weariness and spiritual vulnerability.

Through compassionate bedside service, professional care, and prayerful accompaniment, our sisters seek to reflect Christ’s healing love. We serve in healthcare facilities, homes and bedside settings to bring comfort, relief and peace to those experiencing illness or medical hardship.

Focus Areas

  • Compassionate Bedside Care: Providing attentive physical and medical assistance to patients with a gentle, Christ-like touch.
  • Spiritual Care for the Sick: Offering bedside prayers, sacrament coordination, and spiritual encouragement to patients facing serious illness.
  • Comfort & Pain Accompaniment: Supporting patients and their families during difficult diagnoses, treatments, or end-of-life care.
  • Family Consolation: Offering prayerful presence, comforting support, and bereavement assistance to family members caring for sick loved ones.

We serve hospitalized patients, homebound sick individuals, chronically ill persons and families facing health crises. Our care offers physical relief and assures patients of God's abiding presence during times of weakness.
